DRAWBACK OF EPOXY ON WET FLOORS - SOLUTION ?????

We have tried several Techiques by Force Drying the Floor, Using De-Humdifier to Dry the excess Mositure from the floor. But seems ALL IN VAIN. As Water needs to evaporate , putting an epoxy film will trap the moisture inside the Floor. This Creates BUBBLES & the Lifting of Film from Various Places. Therefore Not Advised to commence Epoxy Flooring on Newly Constructed Floor's or Floors having Hydro Static Pressure.

MAKE SURE THE FLOOR IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE COMMENCING ANY EPOXY JOB.
IN CASE FLOOR IS WET ADVICE CLIENT TO GO WITH KOTA STONE / TILE & THEN GO
AHEAD WITH EPOXY COATING JOB.

THE BEST FLOORS FOR EPOXY ARE M20 TREMIX FLOORS OR VDF ( VACCUM DE-WATERED FLOORINGS). BUT THESE ALSO SHOULD BE COMPLETELY DRY.
